The square tubing I used on the top bar is 2"x2" 1/4". It is about 12" long with 6" of overlap on the DOM. There are two 7/16" "8" bolts holding it onto the DOM so it is removable. I used this approach so I could easly lengthen the top tube if I decide to move the rear axle back.
