Look at how high up this is, how solid it's mounted into the metal plate, and how much room there is to change the filter. When I first was looking for a place to put it there was no where that wasn't going to make it a liability or have it mount at an angle and make filter changes messy and a PITA......plus the pre-drilled factory holes means I didn't need to drill a single hole........
