Looking up from passenger side footwell, the square cuts in the sound deadener panel were made for access to the nuts under the battery tray, so tray could be removed.

After re-gluing the peeling wood and refinishing with Helmsman Spar Urethane gloss. Very tedious process of gluing and clamping small sections of the wood at a time. Also reglued and refinished the wood around trip computer.
