I sure hate to read about dealerships who hassle people like this. This is my first Ford, and the impression I'm getting is not a good one. I do understand that people who are treated well don't tend to leave compliments on websites, but, one sure reads about a lot of Ford dealerships in lots of different places that really seem to try hard to NOT take good care of their customers. I guess the others aren't any better.

Thanks for the comments guys. Tonight, while driving about 65 on the highway, the Excursion jerked like I hit something! Actually, I did not hit a thing. It was more like the engine hiccupped going 65, like the engine stopped and started in the blink of an eye. Man, I am so tired of this crap. I placed a microtuner on it solely to read the codes, and there are no codes. I know exactly what the dealer will tell me...no codes...no warranty coverage. I'm making calls tomorrow. I've got to find a way to get them from pursuing putting in a new computer processor as that's what they want to do next. I'll keep you guys posted. And again, thanks for the moral support. |
