On second thought...I may not have enough zeros in my bank account. I'll stick to stock X's and just swap a Super Duty grill on it and call it a day.

JBX, but I'm in the "NEW" military with all of these huge pay raises and beneifts!! I'm planning on getting out in a year and a half and going to work for ICE (Imigrations and customs) under the Homeland Security division as an Explosives Unit technician. Basically I'd still be on the bomb squad but in a more advisory role. We'll just have to wait and see if the $ is bigger there or not.

right click on the red x and select open pictures, there might be a problem with their server who's hosting the pics or your browser. |

How long have you been working on this truck?
When do you expect to have it completed? I cannot wait to see the finished product, although I really like that you are sharing the process with us!

I plan on another 3 weeks, the vehicle was one of those things that fall under "when we get to it", plus there was alot of R&D in it, then the Alcantara suede from Italy, took some time since it had to be "back-doored" through Germany... Alcantara has a sister company named Ultrasuede for the North America market and won't import the European Alcantara which is better material all the way around, and has a better UV protection than the Ultrasuede-which does fade. Alcantara comes with the high end vehicles as the upper class BMW, Benz, Lamborghini, Audi...
And my pleasure showing what goes into the install, as you can see it is a pain in the arse, and most customers would flip seeing their vehicles with about 1000 wires and a spoon in the middle of it, but this is the way things get done around here. We will have it for about a week after completion to ensure that everything works and is "QA'd" (we found some little issues already that need to be addressed that will be taken care of in the QA process-which might include rebuilding the front center console I also want to appoligize to Eric, about loading up some pictures when you E-mailed me in the begining of the year, I was very busy, and didn't check my e-mail for about 4 months. So this goes out to Eric Long JBX |
