He'd have to either research the TSB's, be experienced in the matter, take a test drive with you.
[i]You[/i], on the other hand, can search FTE, TDS and FTW for more info.

What are you talking about?? I was merely saying that he has the advantage by doing searches of many forums that have the info provided (and solutions mostly proven) by people who have experienced the same challenge. That's a [b]real[/b] advantage versus trying to find a solution from just one dealer.
He can get the info and then take it to his dealer. I'd search for him but I do not have the time available right now. Sorry it came across wrong...

Thanks, Ken... I certainly didn't see the response in any negative way. I would rather do the searching myself (cause you can learn all kinds of other stuff).... but a heads-up on where to look does save time.
