Is there a way to print the entire "Engine Guide" in the "Garage"? Or is there another site that this can be done from? I would like to give it to some of my students.

Wheels,

Excellent question. Currently, there isn't a quick n' easy way to print the entire Engine Guide. Just out of curiosity, what type of students do you want to have read it?

There wouldn't be any other site that has it because it is something we wrote specifically for SuperFord.org. For now I would suggest just referring them to the url to the engine guide at http://www.superford.org/garage/engine/index.php.

Funny you should mention it for educational purposes...just recently the Engine Guide was featured as a link in the Unversity of Wisconsin NDSL Scout Report at http://scout.wisc.edu/nsdl-reports/met/2002/met-021220-education.html (at the bottom of that page).

I teach math. I don't want my students to read it because it is related to my subject. Teaching High school, I am always trying to find anything that will get kids interested in both reading and math, I thought this might give them some reading they would be interested in. And by me making an effort for them I thought they may in turn make a little more effort on their math (Low achieving students). Plus it is well written and thought they could learn something.

Hmmm not to worry, you are not the only one dealing with less than acheving students.

Good ploy though for getting them to read, but I doubt that you will get a rebound on the math side.

If some of these PC games were set up so that you have to use a little math to get ahead in the game, it might provide an incentive. ( yes, I am evil).:-)
