Sorry, I spoke with Kevin and here forward me to a guy in Toronto Canada where I purchase the heater.. I was thought Kevin was in Tx. No worries, I agree Kevin is a good guy.

Have to add something on this one..
When I needed the warmer weather, I moved to Duluth, Minnesota ( UMD 91 ). Now back in north Europe.
I installed WEBASTO heater to my x. It is a diesel operating heater that heats up the water in the engine and it activates the interior heater blower as well. Remote control, so I dont have to get up from breakfast table. Total cost about 2000 USD. It does the job.

Just an update on the Wolverine 40 I bought for my 2003 6.0L PSD. As luck would have it the oil pan on the 6.0L has no fully smooth sides that would support this type of heater. As a result, I will be returning this product and stick with my yard stick method heat instead.

I did however receive my husky mats for the front seats and they are great.

The wife is wanting a full set of Husky floor liners for the Excursion when the fundage is available
