Indeed thanks for the photos of your buds Excursion with the cig hooked up I'm sure he'd go through a set of pads easily on one trip descending the Grapevine on I-5 in Southern California or coming down off Donner Summit on I-80 in the Northern Sierra Nevadas Going to the Dually is a smart move if pulling oversized weight for sure Bill

That was kind of why he wanted to go to the dually...that and he can afford it!! LOL!! But he did say he was going to miss the Ex just for creature comfort.

| Quote: | | Quote: | | BTW, how bad did you get hit with this last go 'round? While the sun was out today, yesterday and last night must have been fun, pushing the snow around....If I remember right, we got a guy from IA here too. Be interesting to see if the snow band was that far south or stayed in southern MN? Typical March weather, I guess... | We didn't get a single flake of snow...at least where I'm at (northwest side of the cities). Downtown Minneapolis and further south got a lot of snow, though. I'm not bummed...I'm looking forward to spring. With the snow melted in our yard, it's feeling a bit closer to spring time anyway!
| Sorry guys...I'm a bit slow on the uptake this week... we actually had NO snow last weekend, but we foolishly drove up to Spring Green WI (where Frank Lloyd Wright lived and worked) to look at a '53 Airstream Flying Cloud trailer that was for sale there... of course... THEY had about 8" of fresh snow on the ground... got the Ex ALL DIRTY! BAH!
AND, for what it's worth, we DID get about an inch of snow here last night... but it all melted today!
