Dealer found a bad EGR valve which was replaced and flashed to newest code.
Installed the hypertech in about 10 minutes. Drove it home and tried it out.
This thing is QUICK, way faster than I expected.
Going to take her to the track next week and see how she does at each power level.
2nd gear shift chirps are easily obtained in 100HP mode....

Which gauges did you go with on your Excursion Mike?

Stock so far other than intake and Hypertech.
I did see in the dealer report that they tested at 27PSI WOT....
I need to get a boost and EGT gauge in there to keep an eye on things.
Now I need to figure out how to keep the AC cold while idling in traffic.

Pusher fan for the condensor,re-insulate the cold charge AC lines in the engine area and leading back to the rear evaporator for starters

Welcome to the forum, my fellow Valley of the Sunstroke victim. I have a 2000 2wd model that I picked up a few months ago. Just did the Edge Juice with Attitude and will probably go for another chip reprogrammer as well. Power is addictive.

Anyway, Bill spoke about being in town in a few weeks. If the two of you guys (or either of you guys) wants to meet up for a beer and a bite one eve, let me know.

I promise you, only Airaid intake and hypertech. Stock with everything else, didn't even drop the tire pressure.
