Not really impressed thus far....

granted, I was spoiled with my "quick" 03 X when tuned...
but somehow expected more from all the "Atta boys" everybody was giving it....

will give it a few more days and go from there...

but thus far - a big yawn

CHP I have an MBRP exhaust right now but between 60 and 65 it sucks. It is very annoying at this speed bigtime drone. BTW I also have a 3.5" DP and my kitty ran away. Do you think this walker BTM would help me?

Aug,the MBRP and Magnaflow systems I put up against the Walker BTM 3 years ago when I was shopping to upgrade the exhaust on our 2002 X.

I wanted the best performance for the buck and after alot of serious reading of feedback from other truck owners over a couple weeks the Walker won outright as we did not want the obnoxious drone that is commonly found with complete systems.

So the answer is a confident yes that the single Walker BTM will cut back on the annoying drone you're experiencing.

Besides the minimal to no drone effect from the BTM the performance should remain the same along with low EGT's you're already getting.

Now removing the 4" muffler that came with the MBRP and replacing it with a 3.5" BTM I can't back up as our's is a complete 3.5" system.
