We really like the SilentArmors but the Discounts in the Phoenix area at the time didn't have 285's in stock. Both Michelins and Goodyear Silent Armors are great choices!

We're really happy with our Yokohama Geolanders - LT285/75-16 on stock rims. We run 60psi on all four corners, and they handle well and wear great. Big improvement over the stock Firestones. Keep in mind that these are Load Range D tires, not E. However they are rated at [email protected], so I think we're good. BTW, we have about 30k miles on these tires, and when they wear out in another 3 years or so, we'll buy them again.
