Does anyone know of any online places I can pick a new or used rear powered vent motor? The back rear windows that pop out. I took the molding off and got to the motor and nothing was binding up, so I think it is just kicking the old bucket. I couldn't find a part number on it, but I can tell if see another one from another model if it would fit or not. There are 96-98 vent motors on ebay, but I don't think they used the same motor that we have in the X till around 2000 and up.
I tried putting silicone on the gasket and that didn't help either. If the motor has a thermal switch, that must be going bad. Or the motor in general has just decided I quit....

I buy from Mike there. He is great to do business with. I do it all over the phone and he's got the cheapest OEM prices I've seen. He'll also ship via US Priority Mail. For me, that saves me lots of $$. He's located in Las Vegas, NV.
if you REALLY want a used part search the classifieds over at ford-trucks.com. There's a guy parting out an Excursion over there.
