Install the bottom mount on the shock. If you are installing Rancho RS9000's or any other type of adjustable shock, make sure you mount your dials appropriately where you can reach them from underneath the vehicle. I kept mine facing the rear.

This is the yellow o-ring that seals the hub. Replacement is easy, it simply fits around the outside of the hub. These are known for going bad and causing vacuum leaks in the automatic 4x4 SuperDuty/Excursion hubs.

Jack your Excursion up like this in the rear. You will need tall jackstands that can support the weight of the vehicle. Do not do work on your excursion without jackstands supporting the vehicle.
