5/8" ID insulation and a roll of nashua or alike 2" wide aluminum duct tape.

On the cold charge line remove the plastic wire loom covering then remove the very thin cheepo insulation,set aside the wire loom covering.

There's about 4 mounting clamps holding up the 4 lines to the bottom of the truck body which will have to be dropped in order to remove the wire loom covering and insulation.

Overview of the cold lines I insulated

Some people have criticized me for insulating the compressor but I found that the compressor at least on the Powerstroke Diesel is cold when charging so I insulated it. I believe it has helped some and if it can drop the overall temps a degree or two heck I'm gonna do it!
