Relocating power steering cooler to make room for winch.

Winch cradle mounts in tow hook holes. Bumper hangs on winch mount.

I had to tilt winch tray forward to put in M15000 winch. After mounting my HS9500, I realized the control holes in the bumper were on the opposite side of this winch. Bumper is designed for M12000 and M15000 only.

Must connect controller ground to motor ground terminal. As you can see everything is very tight with this monster winch!

Winch tray is completely assembled with winch completed and operational. I had to undo the tow hooks to put the bumper on because they must zigzag past the bumper bracket and then come out of the hole in the front of the bumper. It is also easier to mount bumper by accessing tow hook holes.

Bumper side view, notice blocker beam behind and below bumper. I think I am going to take it off.

Bumper mounted in final location, I just needed to add fog lights that I wired into factory harness up front.
