took out panel under glove box to look into AC/HEAT issue and the windows do not work now, the airbag light come on and stays on (no blinking) and the radio shows station and volume but no sound emits from speakers, anybody with a clue would make my day, looking for a ground issue behind or below the glove box maybe, thank for any info you might have, thanks Grant

Update, my mechanic found the black buss connector by the right front pass kick panel was really loose, tighten bolt all fixed.

The black buss connector should not be loose and when the bolt is worn better replaced with a new one

Thanks Belajar44 turns out prior owner had aforementioned AC problem and his AC guy had the.dash out and didn't tighten the bolt very good or fix the problem, p.s. replaced the stepper motor on top of the heater box and now I get hot or cold air on demand.
