I build tach adapters that allow you to connect a tachometer to a late model Ford EDIS ignitions. If your tach doesn't work when you connect it to tach out on your EDIS, this adapter is what you need. My adapters (signal converters) are more durable and cheaper. ~ $20.

Given the price, now you can have a tach without loosing an arm and a leg. Save some money, get a tach you like off eBay, hook it up with my adapter, and spend the money you saved on some other mods.
