I have an 1986 Ford F-150 on 35's with 6 inches of suspension lift. My truck runs pretty good but it lacks a little in the acceleration department. It's bone stock under the hood. Any semi-inexpensive horsepower part ideas??? The best headers????? |

Dynomax long tube headers, but it really depends on what your going to do with the rest of your exhaust system. what size exhaust? what type of muffler and cat if any? and so on and so forth..... |

I have the same engine and even though i dont know yet what kind of headers im getting (i have straight pipes), but i am getting a performce chip made by Jet Performance, and throttle body spacer, and a camshaft....that should add a healthy amount of horse power! Any one got any other ideas, or about a supercharger, the mpowerdyne looks good, but any know for sure whats good, chep, and reliable |

Powerdynes are ok but not the best. I would go with a Kenne Belle or a Vortech.
