What size tire will work best with the Keystone wheels on your 79 is going to depend on what the offset is on the wheels and how much room you have in the wheelwells on the Ranchero.

I've got 235/75/SR15 on the back of my 67 right now and they clear just fine.
Because it's lowered front and rear Ihave to go with a much smaller tire on the front...
Currently 215/70/SR14 but I plan on raising the front slightly and going 15s there too.
Probably something like a 225/60/SR15.

Do the measurements of both wheels and wheelwells and play with the calculator to see what will fit.
