I installed a cold air intake and a Superchips program into my computer. When I first installed the program the truck would not idle for crap. I fixed that by cleaning the IAC. I then got a CHECK ENGINE light when I read the code it was a 401. I cleaned all the junk out of the PDFE sensor hoses and that cured it for about two days and the light reappeared. I then went ahead and replaced the PDFE sensor and the same thing, the light reappeared two days later. The code is insufficient egr flow. I am thinking that the EGR valve itself is dirty. How is the best way to clean the EGR valve without ruining it, or would it be just as easy to replace it. Am I going in the right direction? Any advice would be greatly appreiated. It is a 97 F150, 4.6, extended cab, 4x4
