It is easy, but location is what is important here, and what cooler kit did you get too ?.
I like mounting my tranny cooler in front of the radiator and on the same side as the tranny lines that went into the radiator to begin with.
I also like my tranny coolers to have a electric fan in front of it to blow air though it.
With it mounted like this (do not know if the kit you purchased has the parts to connect both together or not) but most of mine did (Cost a little extra for the kits but worth it).
Also make it good for towing, keeps tranny fluid cooler.
Ok, I have some freinds and they do not like to do it my way, in some cases I can agree, if you mount the new tranny cooler in front and put the fan in front of that and the space is tight - it can stop some air flow going though the radiator or A/C cooler, so you have to mount it some where else.
Example : mounted under the left front fender with a fan to blow cool air though it, worked out great, but was a pain to work with if you got a problem with the electrical fan.
I hope this helps you.

B&M makes a decent cooler. For gauges Autometer is nice but kinda pricey. There's less expensive gauges like Autogage and even Sunpro. You can get everything you need at summitracing.com
If money's tight the cheaper gauges are fine IMO. |
