Ignition relay is grounded by a single bolt when it's in place under the dash.

This is a video that focuses on the ignition relay as I attempt to start the engine 2 times. The starter doesn't crank and instead, when it should be starting, I hear this strange sound coming from the relay. All of my accessories and lights work, I'm now hearing this sound that was never apparent before so I assume that this relay is bad.

Here is another video of my indicator lights on the dash as I attempt to start the vehicle 2 times. The relay sound is apparent in the background as I turn the key to the start position.
