Bought it from a guy in SC who had the car for while. He kept it in pretty good shape. He said he just had the motor rebuilt a few years ago. He also had the car painted a few years ago. |

| 0.00 | 01/07/09 | Miscellaneous | 128142 | Nothing Going On Well it's been over a year now and there is nothing going on with the Galaxie as of yet. I've been so broke, I've contemplated selling Evelyn a few times, but just can't seem to let go. I'm hoping to find a job of some sort in order to get the things I want done actually started. It really sucks to have this car just sitting in my garage. I've driven her around a few times this last year, but there is so much I still want to do with this car. I may be moving to Florida, I'll be able to drive her down there a lot more than in Chicago where she's put away 8 months or so out of the year. | 0.00 | 07/18/06 | Damage | 128040 | Convertible Top Just found out what was wrong with the covertible top! It has been damaged in the past. It looks like the passenger side back rail had snapped and someone welded it back together. Well they didn't do a very good job. I went over to push it down a little bit because it was sticking up on the passenger side, and the elbow and conecting joint snapped. Now I have a broken convertible skeleton top. I did find a guy that has a convertible skeleton for sale, so that's good news. The bad news is this will cost me $200.00 + shipping in order to get it. | 200.00 | Total | 200.00 |
