just alittle surface rust on this side from the heater core that leaked for like 6 monthes when I first got this Ranchero in 2002

ok i found a place for the seat (temporarily).. all i did was make a box for it to sit in so the bolts dont tear up the house carpet of kids

How come Shifty makes it look so easy like it was done in a week....... I am telling you my fingers hurt from getting all the weatherstip adhisives and seam sealers off this veh so it does not contaminate the whole paint job later on down the road......

Right side
Look at the color - thats the color I want, now when i look at the paint code "Z" thats for Sauterine gold, and I see that color on the exterior but not the door jambs or interior.... can someone tell me what the color code and name this...

the worst of the right floor pan is not really bad at all its mostly what ever they used to seal the bottom - appears to be undercoating and some surface rust and pitting still very very solid

I was thinking this area would have been trashed since that is where the spare tire goes its right under the bed and there is some rust through in the bed leading to this compartment... not bad

pass side at windshield and A-pillar is the worst of the room - again its only surface and some pitting.... no prob (yeah right - this whole thing has been clean this, clean that - it just does not end does it?

$125 bucks at Harbor Freight, I tossed the wire that it came with wich was 030 and bought some Lincoln 025 - works much nicer now
