351 EFI. Totally stock aside from AC conversion to new freon.
18 Aug 2003 - Replaced old dirty stock air filter with K&N.
28 Aug 2003 - Full tune-up and radiator flush. New plug wires.
2 Sept 2003 - Cleaned fuel injectors
3 Sep 2003 - Completed stage one of stereo project. Replaced stock front and rear speakers with Pioneer three-ways.
17 Oct 2003 - Completed stage two of stereo project. Installed 760W Pioneer amp and Infinity 1220W 12" subwoofer.
7 Jan 2004 - Well, I spent two weeks in Texas, and The Beast sat here as the weather went down into the negatives. Way down into the negatives. Started up fine, but when I rolled down the rear window to put the subwoofer back in, it will no longer roll up. Project for as soon as it warms up a little.... currently it's tarped and sitting in the carport while I drive the other truck.
8 Jan 2004 - Pulled tailgate panel to see what was going on, couldn't get to anything. Resigned myself to spend a lot of time taking things apart, but didn't have time just then. Put the panel back on, closed the tailgate... and now it works. I dunno. It still needs to be completely pulled apart at some point.

Being a Custom, the interior was pretty spartan. Decided I wanted map pockets, so I got a set of kick panels from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. Here they are before installation.

At some point in the past, the original Ford emblem was lost and replaced with this sticker. It's gotten ratty over the years, and has the original mounting holes punched through. That's a recipe for rust, so I had to fix that...
