my ac went out 3 weeks ago and now when I crank up my car its making a very loud noise. Also, my instrument cluster has stopped working so I changed out the fuse ad it keeps blowing out. I have called and asked several mechanics but they wont help me. Can someone please tell me how to fix my car issues? Another problem I am having is that my front and back turn signals as well as the horn has quit working. Please help me resolve my car issues

My friend also had the same problem and he asked me to help find a solution. I'm trying to find a solution in this forum. Hopefully no one to help us with a clear explanation
