Final product. Not too bad. Driver's side swings out a bit to clear the fuel pump. Tips are pretty even. Four hangers and no rattles. Full 3-inch mandrel bends from the down pipes back. Ready for bigger turbos at some point.

Joining the flexible conduit to the battery box. I used a special bulkhead fitting. Should be nice and airtight once it's all said and done.

Passenger side panel fixed. Any remaining rust got hosed down with rust converter, then rusty metal primer, then rustoleum. I don't want to be back here again. The bottom gets the same treatment plus undercoating at some point.

Everything bolted down and ready to go to the welder.Nothing moved much during welding so I suppose the fixture worked well. I still have the bits in case I ever end up doing this again. Not hard at all.

Welded the headers bolted to a 1"x3" block of cold rolled steel to keep them from warping. It worked. Mostly. The very ends curled up a tad and it curled width wise at the ports. About 1/32", so not much. Big belt sander will take care of that.

The tuning software running on the laptop talks to the ECM and the ECM talks to the sensors. I calibrated the TPS right after this but everything else looks normal.

Using a bottle jack to tuck the X up into the body better. Just cut a couple tacks on top to let it flex. Easy.
