Drivers side header, almost done fabricating. You can see the oil supply for the turbos and I haven't yet made the sparkplug wire separators. I'm also still using the Duraspark ignition here.

Passenger side header. I think I'm done fabricating the pipes and this is a final mock-up to double check everything. The pipes are all painted but the wires etc aren't routed so I haven't run it yet.

The box at the end of fabrication. It has fine thread 1/4" bolts here but it took forever to get them out and in so I later welded in some coarse nuts. I also had to add a 2 1/2" disc under the center bolt as the boost was swelling the lid up and thr...

The AC compressor bracket held the tensioner for the smog pump. It didn't anything anymore but I wanted to keep it as stock as possible so I made a pair of brackets to hold the pump in place and used a shorter belt. The spark plug just blocks the O2 ...

See the cold side pipes disappear into the fender? I built a custom box to hold a 8"x16" panel filter.

Later I moved to pod filters on each turbo since the panel filter was heavy and sucked up a lot of water.

I made that battery hold down also.

Later I moved the battery to the trunk. Which works a lot better. The old battery tray was in sad shape.

Oval exhaust tips. I liked these when I made them but I'm not happy with the side exhaust anymore. I lose ground clearance and they get pretty hot. I'll be making rear exhaust pipes at some point.

One very complicated box it took three cardboard versions to get it right. Only about a day to make it though. It has exploded three times. I tried running a little lean and boom. I run richer now and I don't grind the welds as thin.
