Hi. Chuckles here. I have installed a 2005 P-71 engine into a 1957 Ranchero that has it's original manual transmission. The P-71 was an automatic trans. My PCM is 5W7A-ADA. What suffix code do I need for a manual programmed PCM? |

I'm not exactly sure, but I believe the 2005 manual trans Mustangs used PCM 4 digit code is CDC3. I think you can buy a rebuilt PCM for about $175

Thanks. I will look into this. Will the Mustang PCM accept the three plugs like the Crown Vic? And are the "pin outs" the same. Chuckles |
