Rebuilt 1980 302 block (bored 0.030" over) with stock Motorcraft 2150 carburetor (1.08" venturi) and stock Duraspark ignition. Front dress converted to serpentine using junkyard brackets. Vintage Air A/C. Stock smog equipment, as required by CA. Original washer and overflow bottles replaced with combination bottle (a common upgrade.) |

All original drivetrain: Dana 44 in front; C4 transmission, Dana 20 transfer case, and Ford 9" rear differential (with factory limited-slip and 3.50 gearing.) |

New washer/coolant-expansion combo bottle (from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard.) I can wriggle it in and out of place, around that core-support brace that is present in my '77 Bronco. The horn just fits without touching, in front.
