Up here, I pulled the cluster bezel off (releasing the cargo lamp switch plate, headlight switch connector, & other switches) to make room for the column shroud. Two T25 screws released the lower half (the pick released the tilt lever clip), and I used a 4mm 6-point socket to drive the tiny External-Torx screws for the upper shroud. (The L one goes into a tube that's screwed to the upper shroud, and the wrong part unscrewed, so use pliers if necessary to hold the square part.) Since it wasn't apparent to me how to remove the lock cylinder (and I didn't feel like looking it up), I just lifted the upper half enough to use this ratcheting offset screwdriver & a short T25 bit on the 2 MFS screws.
