We're using these ceiling fans all over the house, except the office. These in the LR & the master bedroom (10' ceilings) have 12" drop rods; the rest use ~4" rods. The dining room chandelier is a Layla 9; the entry is Layla 3.

The laundry countertop is level with the dryer so it extends the usable area as a folding table or ironing board. The shelf above the sink has a hanger rod so delicates can drip-dry.

The 2 downstairs guest bedrooms are nearly identical. Their fan/light remotes are stored on the walls near the doors, more-apparent than the light switches which are only used to kill power.

We got a freak ice storm Jan2 that broke one of the cedars, and then a freak snowstorm Mar11 that put ~6" down in just a few hours. I don't know how much more of this global warming I can take.

After the wiring was done, the last deck boards were laid in, and the joint plate was bolted down directly to the trailer frame (no nuts).

I started laying out the stairs (which the building company refused to design, but they did supply the material I specified), cutting the stringers to shape, bending them, and grinding off their paint where the treads will be welded on.

While checking the fit without the brackets, I found the front bolts seized in their bushings. This ball joint press made short work of removing them.

An impact driver is the WRONG tool to turn any pressure screw, but I had it on the lowest setting...

The single L e-brake cable has been swapped for a 2-piece R so they match. I'll cut the tubular guides so they're ~45° instead of 90, and then bolt them to tabs on the tongue. I haven't decided on the brake handle(s?) yet.
