Passengers side disk. Pads aren't making full contact on both sides of the rotor.

Passengers side disk. Not really grooved. Shiney part is where pads made contact with the rotor. The rust part is higher than the shiney part.

Drivers side very smooth both sides. No rust where pads made contact.

Bleeder valve hard to get to because it points right at the spindle.

Drivers side caliper piston has some maring but overall good condition. Rubber seal still soft and functional.

Passenger side caliper. Seal is flat and hard. Piston is frozen.

After replacing spindle seals & repacking needle bearings

Hub cleaned , new races installed, & rotor mounted
|
|
|
Tightening wheel bearings. Inner nut installed and tightened first to 50lbs, then backed off & retightened to 40lbs. Washer inside tab installed in axel groove, & hole in washer installed on inner nut pin. Outboard nut tightened to 200lbs.
