Here is another picture of that bulb taken out of the lamp. These bulbs work great in these type of lamps, they are not visable and the light ouput is about = to that of a 65 or 75 watt bulb

Here is a Compact Fluorescent Flood Light with the output = to 65Watts but I feel its closer to 75 or maybe even 100 watts. These bulbs require about 30 seconds or so to warm up before the full output is achieved.

Alot of folks now a days like to use the CF bulbs in their celing fans. The bulbs may look a little strange if you use the sprial type like this but there are also standard looking CF bulbs now available. *important* Don't use compact fluorescents...

Here are the bulbs on, they are 15 watt bulbs with the output of 65 Watts though I I feel they put out more close to 75 watts worth of light. Its pretty bright to say the least, the camera just doesn't do it justice.

here is my bathroom vanity fixtures useing 12 watt Compact Fluorescent vanity bulbs which put out the light equal to a 40 watt light bulb. Its bright, trust me!

This is a 30 watt CF bulb which puts out the output of a 130 watt light bulb. As you can see on the package it has a light output of 2050 lumens, uses 30 watts of energy, and should last close to 6000 hours in ideal conditions
