Out. A lot easier than I thought it would be. I read a lot of people having trouble trying to access the right side bellhousing bolts, I did not have that issue. Pull the right fender liner and the bolts are right there. Used a wrench to pull the bolts.

Block hot tanked and painted. Double roller chain advanced 4* at the crank.

Top-ish shot. Apparently the Explorer 5.0 FEADs are the tightest that Ford offered. Just thought I would pass that info along.
