That was fast...Nothing critical; fuel pumps were weak (still drive-able) but my temp tag ran out. Excellent excuse to try out the auto swap in dad's dually. That trailer was not happy.

Relocated the air filter from the original K&N position...basically swapped positions with the coolant/washer reservoir. I did not need to drill any new holes for this; just a piece of flat stock added for the reservoir and the J-hook(?) that held the jack handle cut to fit in the reservoir. I did however drill two 2-inch holes under the filter so combining those with the existing core support holes, I should be getting nice cold air. I'll be grinding the welds smooth, painting the tube and wrapping everything in heat reflective tape to keep IATs as close to ambient as possible. Ignore the mess of wires...I am horrendous at running wires. Which reminds me, if anyone does the same thing, the wires for the washer pump will need to be extended and the washer hose adjusted as well. I apologize for the horrible focus. Check out the "Intake" folder for better pictures

That felt a bit tighter than it was. I know that CB antenna (which I really need to take off) was hating life.

Couldn't figure out why I could not take a clear picture......auto stabilization was turned off. Genius.

This one was a lesson in making sure you're loaded right. This combination literally damn near killed me. Didn't pull the Suburban as far forward as I should have. VERY unstable past 45. I'll be sure not to do that again. Aside from that stupid mistake it hauled great.

Light load. Made sure not to have a repeat as with the Suburban this time. Also just BARELY visible is the 36-inch light bar between the uprights on the bumper. Night time driving is so much better now. Wired to my high-beam circuit. This haul was made sans FMS injectors, MSD coil (as the first one failed, long story) and JET chip.

Before. Yes I know that this is the passenger door and the after is the driver side door. Since they are both the same color wise, does it really matter?

After. The panel is trashed and needs replacing so if I really messed up the panel I would not have felt too bad about it. I am still not completely sold on the scheme though. I mean I do not, not like it.
That dingy brown stained armrest looks even worse now. Blegh. Also keener eyes may have spotted the chrome door handle. Not a fan but I needed a metal handle as I kept breaking the plastic ones. This one was from a bullnose, IIRC. I did have to do the door handle fix...it was torn; badly.
