More fun. I'm tired of that exhaust leak (previous owner broke off two bolts in the manifold.....on cylinder 4 of course). Those of you who have looked at the 92 F250 of mine seen what I said about Hedmans. I stand by it but the one review I found on EFI L&Ls were that they were too long to route the exhaust cleanly under the truck so Hedmans it was. I would love to have Banks or Thorleys but just have too hard a time paying that kind of cash. Maybe later...

Well, at least it's better than the stock manifolds. Note that these are painted, not coated. The paint will flake off.

What the hell is this? The other header has it too. QC leaves something to be desired. At least the primaries do not stick out past the flange like the set I had on the 92 did.

Should prove to be fun tomorrow. Headman kit 89510 and Dynomax muffler 17228.

Driver side header. Doesn't look bad, doesn't look too pinched at all.

Muffler I will be using. Dynomax Ultra-Flo. I heard one of these on a 302 Bronco many moons ago that was dumped. Sounded heavenly. I initially bought it for the Ranger but decided to go a different route. New F250 muffler it is!

If you are thinking about this header set but are ambiguous because you don't know what the size of of the y-pipe primaries are, here is your answer. Since my caliper won't reach past the sockets where they will cup the headers I can not get an ID measurement. I would not be surprised if they measured 2.25. However, the y-pipe collector does measure 3 inches.
