Energy doesn't list a pivot bushing for Dana 50IFSs, but the bushing for a D44IFS Energy 4.3133G fits perfectly.

Both driveshafts got sandblasted & painted, and the mounting surfaces at each end got cleaned & painted. The driveshaft alignment marks are both stamped & painted yellow.

I replaced both front axleshaft seals using Hylomar Blue, and sealed the chunk using MotorCraft gray silicone.

Even though the whole dash shell has to come out, I need USB power now, so I replaced the Power Point with this dual socket & voltmeter (which shows ~0.3V lower than my meter). I'll probably add a switch later.
