Couple things to see here that are wrong.
#1 Gray & Grn/Org wires spliced together. (why?) note: there was a butt connector, i removed it.
#2 Red/Lt Blu hooked to a solid blue wire, that actually goes right to a 12 in the fuse box, no fuse, just constant hot. (Again, why?)
#3, the 8-pin plug in the background is missing one end of the plug! The wires have been removed and individually inserted into their correct pin. God only knows why, but i know the previous owner wasnt good with electronics! See next pic for some solutions.
