This is what goes into the old mount housing, which is planty rigid and plenty strong. The deteriorated rubber is the weak link.

I use the Sawzall to slice just through the old muffler stubs and save the tailpipe or front pipe (or cat pipe)

Here's teh three used pins loaded up with synthetic wheel bearing grease and about to go back together. Did it work ? Like a charm. Got to love the no cost repairs.

It means using one of these header style UltraSeal gaskets each time, lathered up with UltraCopper sealant, BUT that donut restricted flow, no question.

Got the pan on, having pre-glued the cork and end rubber seals onto the pan, because they kept wiping off when I pre-fitted the pan.

Driver's rear window wouldn't roll up without help. Remove teh window lift motor and the plastic roll pins were nowhere to be seen.

Energy Suspension's urethane trans mount really fixed things up. The slack is gone and no fluid will deteriorate the bushings.

Thin layer of Ultra Copper on both sides of the TorquePlus intake gaskets. Torque them to 45 ft/lbs like normal. Retorque them several times in the first hours of running to prevent leaks, as they are twice as thick as normal.
