I use the Sawzall to slice just through the old muffler stubs and save the tailpipe or front pipe (or cat pipe)

All 7Chrysler dealers out of stock in Ottawa.........the nation's capital with over 1 million people. All the O-rings in this pic are Napa, except the original which is farthest away. NAPA # 72113. Listed as 3/32" X 3/4" X 9/16".

Got the pan on, having pre-glued the cork and end rubber seals onto the pan, because they kept wiping off when I pre-fitted the pan.

Sure hope is doesn't leak. I torqued the 4 end bolts down well and I know the rubbers stayed in place.

30 year old transmission mount was baked, fried and had just....died.

Energy Suspension's urethane trans mount really fixed things up. The slack is gone and no fluid will deteriorate the bushings.

This other side goes against the incorrect clamp and without the slots to fit the rails of rubber at both edges, it's crushed them nearly flat.

With parts weeks away I used the vice grips to keep the clamp and rubber located in the center, then torqued the heck out of the nuts.

In the pocket ahead of teh passenger's front tire, just behind teh bumper. I purposely left it hanging down, in the airstream 1 inch for extra cooling.

Everything normal. Rubber fine and in place, with round locating protrusion in place. The icicle is hanging from it.

Everything not so fine on the passenger's side. Note the rubber has walked back out of the clamp and the locating protrusion is nowhere to be seen. I hate Ottawa speed bumps. If only you could sue !
