tach adapter. two required. this is because taurus/sable systems use the same trigger source to operate the MSD, the tachometer, and the fuel injection. this results in a voltage signal that is too low to accurately trigger the fuel injection.

MSD equipped the wiring harness and tach adapters with several bullet connectors. this speeds installation. just plug the correct wires together. spare wires are ground.
