take the old spocket off and put the new one on and make sure to use extra long bolts so you can put lock nuts on the other side and then reassemble

then take the big nuts off and the piece that holds the sprocket on will slide off

figure out the leanth of the chain and grind down the pins and remove the links then simply put it all back together and use the master link to put the chain back together

Thankful it fit on the trailer.....traded the trailer for a kayak, traded the ATV for a kayak, and the tool box I traded for cash.
