Now we're talking. Dragged a pallet with cinder blocks behind my lawn tractor - poor man's grader. Pallet right-side up is a heavy cutting action, upside down using the load surface finishes it. You can drag the stone in straight lines, too

1/2" rebar and a 4.5" angle grinder using type 27 depressed center cutoff wheels... cut in half each rebar with a flat 90* cut, then cut those halves in half with a steep angle... now you have a stake with a flat end to hammer in

This vid is me using the pallet method. I found later that attaching the rope so the pallet is dragged a 45* angle (like the prow on a ship, instead of flat-face forward) gives even better results
