After removing the fitings, top plate and cylinder cover plate, this is what I was left with. the arrow points to the lube hole

used a #10 metal screw.

The fittings and top removed, this is what i am calling the cylinder cover plate. It has a gasket above and below. I had to remove this plate to get to the lube hole
