cooler put on brackets. its a b&m with a puller fan. Expensive sucker. better fix my tranny overheating.

One of the brackets being test fit on the drivers side. I made the brackets from 1/4 by 1.5 inch flat stock. bent the top and mounted it to the plastic behind the grill piece.

here is where I cut the stock lines. the line on the left is the stock soft section return line that comes out of the auxilliary cooler. On the right, the hard line bent and ran to the "radiator cooler". I cut that, ran a soft line and piece of hard line to the bottom input of the new cooler, and then ran a soft hose from the top port on the new cooler to the input side of the stock auxiliary cooler

this is where I put the tranny temp sender for the pillar gauge. this is a pressure port on the E40D. It prolly reads about 5 to 10 degrees hot from the radiant heat, but gives me a good idea. The cooler fan is switched at 160 IIRC, and it is pretty close to the temp readings I get.
