remove snaps to reveal the bolts (i used a flat-head screwdriver) and unbolt (12mm)

Tricky part: separate the rear deck lid from these two clips in the side panels. I used 2 screwdrivers to pry them out. Takes a while, but isn't super hard

Don't forget to disconnect the third brake light
|

remove the matt by unsnapping the 4 plastic snaps
