remove POS little master cylinder

problem, new big master cylinder won't fit in old booster, but thats ok because the plunger contacts first

solution, make a coupler out of 1" .120 wall DOM and the old nuts
|
|
|
weld in nut of choice, stover nut is preferred
|
|
|
replace old fittings with new ones off master cylinder
|
|
|
bench bleed master before install
|
|
|
bad comparo...old master = 1 1/16" bore. new master = 1 5/16" bore, plus bigger reservoir
|
|
|
done. now you're ready to stop like a 2000 e350
|
