Excursions and some E series vans have a third (top) unused reflector. Drilled a 1" hole and two screw mount holes and mounted a Whelen strobe unit with Show-Me bulbs.

Mounted using aluminum brackets to the floor forward of the jack (leaving enough room to remove the jack).

Driver side wire run down the brake light housing area, through a rectangular floor support tube then back up forward of the passenger side brake light housing area (through a plastic cover) and into the jack area via this mystery hole.
